Loading...في إطار مشروع “الدعم التقني لتعزيز التنمية الشبابية في لبنان” (#سياسات_شبابية) الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي والذي ينفذها المجلس الثقافي البريطاني بالتعاون مع الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت، أقامت وزارة الشباب والرياضة حفل توزيع شهادات لخمسة عشر موظفاً شاركوا في ورشة عمل للتوعية على السياسة الشبابية التي أقرّها مجلس الوزراء في عام 2012 .
وشارك في الحفل مستشارو وزير الشباب والرياضة ورئيس دائرة الشباب في الوزارة بالإضافة إلى الشركاء في المشروع.
وقد نوقشت خلال الحفل أبرز نتائج ورشة العمل ومداولاتها وخصوصاًما يتعلق بنقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتحديات التي يواجهها موظفو الوزارة من أجل تفعيل السياسة الشبابية الوطنية وتحديدا” أثناء التشبيك مع المنظمات غير الحكومية المسجلة في الوزارة.

يمتد مشروع “الدعم التقني لتعزيزالتنمية الشبابية في لبنان” #سياسات_شبابية لعامين متتاليين بميزانية قدرها € 800.000 ويهدف إلى بناء قدرات وزارة الشباب والرياضة ومنتدى الشباب. كما سيضع المشروع آليات واستراتيجيات للمناصرة والتوعية على السياسة الوطنية للشباب، إضافة إلى نماذج للحوكمة والمساءلة للوزارة والمعنيين بتنفيذ هذه السياسة. ويشكل هذا المشروع جزءاً من برنامج “تعزيز العدالة الاجتماعية” الذي يهدف إلى دعم الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان والعدالة الاجتماعية في لبنان. فالحوكمة الرشيدة والمساواة بين الجنسين وحقوق الإنسان هي في صميم هذا البرنامج الذي يتناول شؤون حقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية. كما يدعم البرنامج تعزيز الإطار المؤسسي لحماية حقوق الإنسان وتطوير الحوكمة الديمقراطية في لبنان.
In the framework of the “Technical Assistance to Support Youth Development in Lebanon” #PoliYouth project funded by the European Union and implemented by the British Council in collaboration with the American University of Beirut, the Ministry of Youth and Sports organized an event to distribute certificates to 15 of the ministry’s staff who participated at the Sensitization Workshop on National Youth Policy that was endorsed by the Council of Ministers in 2012
The event was attended by the advisors to the minister of Youth and Sports, The head of Youth Department at the ministry in addition to the project’s partners
During the event, outcomes and deliberation of the workshops were discussed especially those related to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the ministry staff towards the operationalization of the National Youth Policy and specifically while networking with the registered NGOs
:About the project
This project is 2 years project with a budget of €800.000 which aims at building the capacities of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Youth Forum. It will also put mechanism and strategies in place for advocacy and raising awareness around the National Youth Policy. The project will also develop models for governance and accountability for the ministry and the National Youth Policystakeholders. The project is part of the EU’s “Promoting Social Justice Programme ” that aims to promote human rights and social justice in Lebanon. Good governance, gender equality and human rights are at the core of this action as the programme consists in addressing core human rights and democracy concerns
