تقدّم سورابايا إمكانيات رائعة للمستثمرين العقاريين، فهي مدينة كبيرة وذات اقتصاد متنوع، إذ تصل نسبة نموها الإقتصادي إلى 7.6%؛ كما أنها تتمتع بقطاع تجارة تجزئة قوي وبنية تحتية متطورة نتيجة لنمو عدد متزايد من الفرص الإستثمارية فيها، بالإضافة إلى أن الحكومة المحلية تعمل على ربط شرق المدينة مع غربها من أجل جذب الإستثمارات الأجنبية ولتشجيع العمل في العدد المتنامي للمكاتب الموجودة سورابايا.فحسب تقرير قيادة أمن أندونيسيا الوطنية، تعتبر سورابايا من أكثر المدن أمانا في البلاد، مما يجعلها خيارا مثاليا وجذابا للإستثمار السكني.
فيصل أباد، باكستان :
تعتبر تجربة ثالث أكبر مدن باكستان بالنمو والإعمار حديثة نسبيا، فقد جاءت نتيجة للنمو السريع الذي شهده اقتصاد الباكستان مؤخرا. تتمتع فيصل أباد بقطاع صناعي كبير عامر بفرص الإستثمار، كما أن سمعتها كمركز أنسجة رئيسي يجعلها خيارا مثاليا وجذابا للمستثمرين المحليين ذوي الحضور الحالي في البلاد ممن يرغبون في توسيع أعمالهم، وكذلك المستثمرين العالميين ممن يرغبون في الإستثمار في العقارات التجارية فيها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فقد ارتفعت الأسعار المحلية للعقارات التجارية بنسبة 40 إلى 45% في غضون الثلاث سنوات الأخيرة. ولا شك أن موقعها الإستراتيجي على تقاطع الطريق مع السكة الحديدية، ووجود مطار دولي على بعد 15 كيلومتر منها، كلها أمور تجعل مدينة فيصل أباد قريبة من المستثمرين المحليين والعالميين.

Colombo, Sri Lanka :
Sri Lanka’s largest city and commercial capital is currently undergoing a dramatic transformation. Skyscrapers have shot up across the city over the past five years, an attestation to the pulling power that the country is developing with domestic and international investors.
